Therefore, the cast iron sides of primary tube heat exchanger NOT THE ONE BEING SOLD had started rusting significantly by time unit was installed. For sale is a used Rinnai Secondary Plate Heat Exchanger off of M090CN. With the exception of primary tube heat exchanger, all parts on boiler were in good shape and had very little wear. It may need to be flushed before being installed.

There is nothing wrong with the heat exchanger and it worked great right up until being pulled. It has no corrosion on it as shown in the pictures its stainless steel and copper. The part number is 807000148 which the same for M120CN and M160CN. After being installed, the unit ran for 3 years before primary tube heat exchanger NOT THE ONE BEING SOLD rusted through and started leaking.

If you are looking for any other parts the M090CN, I have listings several of them that in great used shape. It may also be the same for other Rinnai combination boilers.
